====== Missed Call Notifications via SMS, email or Telegram ====== Set up missed call notifications and ensure that all customer calls are answered. Navigate to **Settings** — **More** — **Missed call notification**. {{:missed_calls_4.png?nolink&800}} You can receive notifications: * By email. * As SMS messages to your phone. * Via Telegram. You can configure which employees will receive the notifications. To set up notifications via email and SMS, you can either specify an employee or a custom phone number or email. {{:missed_calls_1.png?nolink&400|}} To configure notifications in Telegram, specify an employee who will receive the notifications. For each such employee, a special link will be generated. The employee should follow the link and initiate the Cloud PBX information bot. {{:missed_calls_2.png?nolink&400|}} We recommend using Telegram to receive notifications: it is faster than email, not tied to a phone, and works on any device (including computers).
